In case you’ve missed it, we’ve got some news around here lately… I’m pregnant! We have a little one joining us this October! My husband and I have dreamed of building a family together since we were both just babies ourselves in high school, so we are just over the moon excited to enter this new stage of life. While there’s lots of unknowns about navigating being both business owner and mom, I am excited find a new rhythm and step into it fully.
To be honest, I was always nervous about having a baby during wedding season. Leave it to the universe, and naturally our story unfolded with a baby coming right in the middle of peak fall wedding season. But as I have navigated it, I have truly been so blessed by such gracious and understanding couples, and a network of photographers who are ready to step in and help out where needed. Needless to say, Fall will look a lot different this year due to this new addition. I’ll be temporarily trading in my wedding gear for baby gear, but I can’t wait for what this sweet season will hold!
But for now, it’s full steam ahead with spring and summer wedding season over here at HBP!
