Meet Caitlin + Nate. Two of the sweetest people ever. From the very first moment Caitlin inquired with me I knew they were going to be dream clients! She put so much thought and intentionality into her inquiry, and right away told me all about their story, what they valued, and why they wanted ME to be the one to photograph this stage in their lives. You guys, inquiries like this make me SO happy, encourage me so much, and get me so excited to create!
After talking through some options with them, they decided that they wanted to do an adventure session in Shenandoah National Park with me because they both love hiking and the outdoors! We met in the park and started our hike up to this beautiful summit and we lucked out with the most perfect day and an empty mountain!
Something that I love about SNP is how vast the views are and how many different little spots you can find that create unique photos within 1 location. It is truly one of my favorite spots to shoot because no matter how many times I go, each session is it’s own unique experience. The light poured through the clouds in such a cool way this day and I couldn’t get enough of it!
For the second half of the session, Caitlin changed into the most gorgeous white, silk BHLDN dress and I just about died! Here’s to my couples who are down for anything, wanna adventure new spots with me, and are willing to even change outfits behind big rocks in the woods. Whatever it takes for the photo, am I right?
